Montage Ras El Hekma announced: Montage's first resort in Egypt
200 rooms and suites and 96 Montage Residences villas with 3 to 6 bedrooms in Wadi Yemm, with a 13-room spa and six restaurants.
Modon Holding and Montage Hotels & Resorts announced Montage Ras El Hekma on 17 May 2026. It will be Montage's first resort in Egypt, and the first branded residences for sale at Ras El Hekma.
The resort will have 200 guestrooms and suites, a spa with 13 treatment rooms and six restaurants. Alongside it are 96 Montage Residences: villas with three to six bedrooms in Wadi Yemm.
Modon describes Wadi Yemm as the first of Ras El Hekma's 17 planned precincts to move into active delivery. No opening date was given.
