Orascom wins EGP 15bn contract for Wadi Yemm's first phase
Infrastructure, homes, offices and a 70-room hotel in the first phase of Wadi Yemm.
Orascom Construction has secured a contract worth about EGP 15 billion (around US$316 million) from Modon Holding, Enterprise reported on 7 January 2026.
The contract covers the first phase of the Wadi Yemm district: infrastructure, homes, administrative offices and a 70-room hotel. AGBI, citing Asharq Business, put the site at about 202,000 square metres. No timeframe was disclosed.
