Wadi Yemm passes EGP 144bn in sales
Cumulative sales since launch in October 2025, according to The Board Consulting: about EGP 79bn in Q4 2025 and EGP 65bn from April to August 2026.
Wadi Yemm, Modon's first district at Ras El Hekma, has reached about EGP 144 billion in cumulative sales since it launched in October 2025, according to figures from The Board Consulting reported by Daily News Egypt on 23 August 2026.
About EGP 79 billion came in the fourth quarter of 2025, the launch period. A further EGP 65 billion was added between April and mid-August 2026. The figures run to 15 August 2026 and come from a report on sales across three major North Coast projects.
