Montage Residences is a collection of 96 villas run by Montage Hotels & Resorts, next to Montage's first resort in Egypt. Here's what owners get, the villa types and how buying works.
Montage at Ras El Hekma
Modon and Montage Hotels & Resorts announced Montage Ras El Hekma in May 2026. The resort is planned with 200 rooms and suites, a spa with 13 treatment rooms and six restaurants. Next to it are the 96 Montage Residences villas, the first branded residences for sale at Ras El Hekma.
Hassan Allam Construction has been awarded the contract to build the hotel, the villas and the clubhouse.

Prices, payment and delivery
On the October 2026 offers, Montage villas start from US$3,112,000 on the 8-year US dollar plan: 10% down, then 32 equal quarterly payments without interest, plus a 10% maintenance fee in three yearly parts. Villas are delivered 4 years after reservation.
