Prices and payment
On the October 2026 offers, homes start at US$435,000 for a 2-bedroom apartment. The 8-year USD plan is 10% down, then 32 equal quarterly payments without interest, plus a 10% maintenance fee in three yearly parts.
Apartments are delivered after 3 years and villas and townhouses after 4.
Buying as a foreigner
Foreigners can own freehold in Ras El Hekma, paying in foreign currency transferred from abroad. Your purchase may also qualify you for an Egyptian residence permit.
