Where it is

Beach Plaza sits on the seafront of Wadi Yemm, with direct walking access to the beach and the open sea. The beach promenade runs in front of it, the beach amphitheatre is next door, and Yemm Boulevard, Wadi Yemm's main street of shops and restaurants, continues straight on from it inland.

Two hotels are planned within the community itself, so the area will be lively, with restaurants and services open beyond the summer.

Apartments range from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Larger homes include a staff room, and terraces are generous across all three collections, to make the most of the sea views.

Prices, payment and delivery

On the October 2026 offers, Beach Plaza apartments start from US$559,000 on the 8-year US dollar plan: 10% down, then 32 equal quarterly payments without interest, plus a maintenance fee of 10% of the price in three yearly parts. Apartments are delivered 3 years after reservation.
